The Blue Magic collection was hand cut from a vintage 1950s Blue Magic Krispy Kan by the Luce Manufacturing Company in Connecticut, USA. Designed to keep crackers and chips fresh, these innovative canisters featured a patented glass "Dri-Nob" filled with reusable moisture-absorbing crystals that changed color as they lost their charge and could be baked in the oven to get them working again—an ingenious solution for humid kitchens!
